Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $85: $8 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders of $85 or more: free standard shipping
- Express shipping: $14.99 on any order
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery times
We work with partner suppliers, so delivery time depends on where an item ships from:
- Most items ship from our overseas partner warehouses and arrive in about 8–15 business days after processing.
- Some items ship from US-based suppliers and usually arrive in about 3–7 business days after processing.
If your order contains items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday season or because of carrier delays.
Personal shopper orders
Delivery times for personal shopper items depend on where we source them. We'll include an estimated delivery time with your price quote.
Holiday orders
For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please place holiday orders by December 5. Orders placed after that date may not arrive in time.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after a package leaves the warehouse.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged items.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
