1. Overview
This website is operated by CozyCove ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you place an order or create an account.

3. Products and pricing
We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences from the photos may occur. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Errors
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description because of an error, we may cancel any order for that item and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers, which may include pay-later options. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times, costs and our return process are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Orders with a product total of $20 or less are final sale.

7. Personal shopper service
Our personal shopper service is free to request. When you send a request, we look for the item and email you a price. You are not obligated to buy. Items purchased through this service are final sale and can't be returned or refunded, except if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong, as described in our Refund Policy. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it only to find your item.

8. Third-party suppliers
Some products are made and shipped by our partner suppliers. Any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product is provided by that manufacturer.

9. Intellectual property
The content on this store, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders or requests.

11. Disclaimer
The store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
